Corpomerica

America is no more, only now an unrealistic dream.

Workers are constantly pushed to the limits of their abilities as humans, with a huge neglect for any types of quality of life. We are fed this propaganda that our country is so free. It's not. It is good to live in the nation, but propaganda is the only thing that says that you live in the "best" country.

The most ironic part to me is the contradiction to our beliefs with our actions. Are we this ignorant? We are a capitalist, christion nation, while we as moral christians will tell you that money is the root of all evil... Our country is what, capitalist? Ok, so money does buy happiness? Well maybe monetary, but un-sustained and unhealthy.

Look, it's horrible the travesties (funny thing, look up the definition of that word, here it is meant in the way it is used, however the word's definition what is closer to the truth in this case) that are thrown in our faces every day by the media. But read between the lines, you've all been convinced that America is so great. Well wake up and smell the coffee. We are pointed out the political corruptions all around. But its not news worthy to praise countries that are doing the right things, it's also not beneficial to the slave owners... Oops I meant corporation leaders. What don't feel like a slave yet, then great. We are headed in a direction that will ultimately lead into a form of slavery.

Check it, number 13 in human development and dropping

We are beginning to have a communist type of deal going on here. Then on the polar side of that idea, is the welfare lifestyle. So what, you have contrast now? What about the REAL people. People who just want to work and provide a good lifestyle for their families, and spend time with their families. If you get two weeks of vacation, which many don't, that is %96 of the year, every year, that your employer controls where you are, %96 of the year(but you're free to leave if your willing to give up what little most have worked for)! That is not quality. In my opinion this is already to close to slavery for my comfort.

So you have the freedom to choose to work or not, you have the freedom on where to work. But not if you are to meet the status quo.

You can easily ruin your career by pissing off your employer in almost every type of "american dream" jobs.

Why is it that when you are progressed to a point in your career that it is time to look into alternate places for employment if there is no where to go within, you should be afraid of speaking to your employer about exploring other opportunities? Wouldn't it be beneficial if your manager knew months in advance? Well not really. If they can make you into being scared, then they have more control, and they know that. It gives them the ability to push you harder, hoping that the fear implemented will hold you still as long as possible. It sets the stage for not being able to openly use them as a reference for another job. It in effect, helps them keep you where you are to the extent of which they can. There is no humanity in business here in america anymore.

Oh but the security concerns that are involved in keeping an employee that is leaving... Well, I would be concerned too if I had pushed someone until the point I should be concerned. People generally won't do bad to their employer if they don't feel they have been wronged by their employer. So how to you wrong an employee? Fill them with doubt about themselves, make them have to answer the question within of whether they are truly worthy of being treated like a human. Make them question whether the grass will be greener on the other side. Hell, I don't guess they should pay you what you are worth, then people might realize they can do something else, then they would have to treat them with human respect.

I need to do some research and I don't want to be guilty of misleading, but I've only see these suicidal nuts on rampages (with frequency) here an America, and in the nations that we put down for their human rights issues. I haven't heard of people doing this in Mexico, look at all the crime and killings there. The difference is in that people are killing each other for selfish reasons in Mexico, that's just being human without controls set to stop the level of corruption that the greed and poverty lead to. These suicide nuts, have lost their minds, and aren't trying to gain anything. Most think they are trying to make a statement, or trying to "right the wrongs". They generally kill themselves at the end. It is different. There is a problem here. This isn't murder for personal gain.

You hear often of these people appearing perfectly normal within their communities. Who am I to argue. Most think well the people around just weren't looking hard enough, they would have seen if they knew what to look for. The truth is that many people take things seriously and personal, and everyone has a breaking point, how they break varies.

Do you think the people who gained from this economic crisis ever deal with people from the working class with any regularity? Further more, if they do, do you think they really have an understanding, or even care to have an understanding.

It's all about the bottom line, from the top of our society to the bottom. It is an extremely sad reality. Many people think this is fine, it is understandable to be about the bottom line, after all that's how things work. It isn't how things work in socially healthy nations. In socially healthy nations, and in some organizations in the past (and some far and few between current) common humanity is or was observed. In my particular company, and in what I've read about the new post recession corporate views on business, the new deal is that everyone is expendable so squeeze everything you can out of your people. Push them to their limits, and when they leave, just replace them. The job market is flooded right? Well yes, but when you have worked for a company for a length of time, shown your ethics are in line, done your job efficiently for years, aren't you worth more than someone they pick up off of the streets? Well yes, but the overall cost analysis says that you can push people in this type of economy further without having as much damage as in the past. So over all, the company may come out ahead by treating you that way. The chance that individuals will be to scared to do anything is pretty high.

If you are OK with this, then fine, I'm not. I want to be successful, but not at the cost of other's happiness.

Magma ecig

I got the magma atomizer, several carts, and a pass through connector. I love the magma, it's great for drinking when the volcano doesn't give you quite the puff you would like. I didn't like the pineapple punch that much though. The tobacco flavor is good. It taste different than the blu ecig tobacco did, fuller, more smoke like flavor.

What does it matter

I spend all of this time stressing the ugliness that goes on around me. I hate the game in which we subscribe to in effort to get ahead. I hate the way things are. I hate the greed that consumes so much. But what can I do? I guess nothing, I will just try and be what I think people should be and hope people catch on.

Another child on the way.

I have my second child on the way. My wife isn't feeling so well this pregnancy, but she'll be ok. I never thought I would enjoy being a parent, but it is one of the biggest blessings that I really don't think you can understand until you experience it. It's something else. For some I guess it is hard though. But always love on your children, show them how to be kind. Maybe there can be hope for us.

Races devided with relegion in babylon

Religion would have been a good thing to separate people at Babylon. I think language alone would have been to easily overcome. Most recognized religions acknowledge the flood and other things. I think it is all about faith in a superior being, God, whatever you want to call him. I have had too many prayers answered for me to deny a God.

God is energy?

What if God were energy? Wouldn't that make a lot of since.

Quit smoking!!

I bought a blucig e cigarette starter kit. I got it in the mail and that was the last real cigarette I had. This thing is great you can smoke it wherever, in the office at work. Though I keep it on the dl for right now. It has now been 32 hours since my last cigarette and I don't miss it at all. It took about this long to figure it out perfectly. I will probably end up smoking 2.5 carts a day, they don't last as long as I though, but still a great saving in money and in health. The carts can be found less than a dollar.
I have been a smoker for 15 years, I started very young, so it has always been a habit, and I finally gave up trying to quit. Then my buddy came over and I tried one. I was pretty impressed, now I'm damn impressed.
Update: Been two weeks... Feeling great. Got a lot of my breathing back. I smoke more, but screw it, I'm not taking in carcinogens anymore. Just clean nicotine.

Life

What is life. What's the meaning. What's your culture. What does it impose. Is it pacifism to live the way that you were told. I'm white, I try and plan for kids, I hope a black person doesn't move in the neighborhood. I'm black, I'm tired, I see my cousin who has never worked a day in his life, he lives off others with not a worry. I'm hispanic, I'm ever weary of getting found, getting sent back to my desolate country with my family, empty handed. I'm an (other race), I'm never looked at the same, I'm judged with quickness upon my weaknesses with a torn American English.
I'm a christian...
